Terms of service
These terms are between you and Sharp Sent, operated by Wise Solutions (GSTIN 06APOPM0984J1ZE), IT Park, Sector 50, Gurugram, Haryana 122018, India ("Sharp Sent").
The service
Sharp Sent lets a business send marketing email to its own opted-in contacts from its own verified domain. The service is in pilot and may change.
Your responsibilities
You must follow the acceptable use policy, keep consent records, and have the right to email every contact you upload. You are responsible for your content and your lists.
Suspension and termination
We may pause or suspend sending, or end the service, if the acceptable use policy is breached, if complaint rates are above the limit stated there, or to protect deliverability for others.
Fees
Plan prices and what each plan includes are on the pricing page. Prices are in Indian rupees and include 18% GST. An order shows its total before you pay, and it is the price you saw.
Plans, terms and renewal
A plan is paid in advance for 1, 6 or 12 months. The email allowance is monthly whatever the term: it is not pooled, and emails you do not use in a month do not carry into the next. Nothing renews by itself. Renewal means paying the next order; we send reminders before your period ends. If an order is not paid within 3 days after your period ends, campaigns pause until it is.
Price lock
The price and term of your plan are stored when it is applied to your workspace, and are not read again from our price list. They stay the same while your subscription stays active, including a renewal paid within the 3-day grace. If your plan lapses, your price is held for 60 days after it ends. Come back after that and the price on the day you return applies. Intro prices for anyone who starts before 31 Dec 2026, locked while you stay subscribed. Existing locks are not changed.
Allowance and ramp-up
A campaign that has more recipients than the emails you have left in the current month is not started, and you are told the numbers. New domains ramp up over the first weeks to protect sender reputation. Emails the ramp-up holds back still count to the month you queued them.
Refunds
Prepaid terms are not refunded for unused months. A failed or duplicate payment is refunded in full. See the refund policy.
Referral programme
Referral programme. A paying Sharp Sent customer can share a referral link. When a business that arrives through that link becomes a paying client, the referrer receives one free month on their current plan, with no yearly limit. A partner (an agency, accountant or consultant approved by us) earns ₹80 for each month of paid coverage of a business they refer, for months that start within 12 months of that business's first paid term. A referred business gets 15% off its first payment, applied as the better of that discount and any term discount, never both.
A reward is earned only when the referred business has its own verified sending domain, we have approved it to send, and its first payment is at least 30 days old and has not been reversed or refunded. A reversed or refunded payment cancels the rewards it produced. Referring yourself, or a business that shares your domain, owner email or phone number, earns nothing.
A free month is added to the end of your paid period automatically; if you are not subscribed when it is earned, it is kept and added after your next payment. Partner amounts are calculated and reported to the partner each month; they are gross amounts and are settled outside Sharp Sent. We may pause or end a partner's account, and the programme, at any time; amounts already earned stay earned.
Liability
The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of Gurugram, Haryana have jurisdiction.
